VerbaCare is a clinician-led special education staffing partner supporting school districts across California. We are seeking dedicated In-Person Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Compensation

$74 – $78/hour (W-2)

Clinical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school settings
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
