VerbaCare was founded by professionals who saw the gap between what schools need and what traditional staffing agencies deliver. With more than 20 years of experience in therapy staffing and a leadership team made up of licensed clinicians, we set out to build a better model—one that respects the people doing the work and prioritizes the children receiving the support.
