VerbaCare is a clinician-led SELPA provider supporting school districts across
California. We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year
in Sacramento County.
Our approach is simple: be transparent, provide real clinical support, and create roles
that are sustainable for SLPs.
Compensation & Transparency
 $71 – $74/hour (W-2)
 You will know your pay rate and billing rate upfront – no hidden margins or
changes later

Clinical Support
 In person CF Supervision, Mentorship
 CF Loan Payment Assistance
 Clinician-led leadership team with school-based experience
 Support with IEPs, assessments, and case management
 Advocacy for caseload management – if a caseload becomes difficult to
manage, we work directly with the district to address it

Responsibilities
 Provide speech and language services in school settings
 Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
 Collaborate with school teams and VerbaCare clinical support

Requirements
 Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
 Active California SLP License
