What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Be the Expert: Conduct thorough assessments and craft insightful reports that highlight students’ strengths and growth areas, empowering educational teams to make informed decisions.
  • Design Impactful Solutions: Create tailored treatment plans with a focus on the whole child, ensuring each student’s unique needs and family dynamics are front and center.
  • Be a Trusted Advocate: Take a leading role in IEP meetings, sharing your invaluable insights to shape students’ communication goals and outcomes.
  • Safeguard Privacy: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring every child’s information is protected in compliance with HIPAA and State/Federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
  • A valid CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and connect with students, families, and colleagues.
